♡ I won´t give any kind of preview if the payment is not given, If you don´t feel comfortable with this term, then I´ll ask you to commission someone else.
♡ Once payment is given, you'll be instantly added to my queue list.
♡ Full refunds will be only available BEFORE I start the lineart, otherwise, I will keep a certain percentage of the payment.
♡ You will have a full refund if your commission takes more than one month to complete, or if I feel not capable of completing it.
♡ I do not offer refunds after the image is completed.

Art Rights

Completely AVOID removing the watermark from my artwork.
♡ The piece you received can ONLY be used by myself, and the person I "Co-own" the artwork with (buyer), you may use it in whichever way you want (non-commercial), but avoid claiming it as your artwork, give proper credits please! (Heaven.Crushh on instagram)
♡ You're not allowed to sell my artwork on t-shirts, designs, phone cases, etc. I only have the right to do this.
♡ Its your full responsability about not loosing the file I gave you.
If you are selling the character you commissioned you're also free to sell the artwork along with it for the price you paid or less (please let me know)

Queue and slots

♡ Each commission (1 headshot / 1 fullbody / 1 halfbody / etc.) occupies 1 slot; Ex. If you buy a headshot and a fullbody, you are occupying 2 slots in the queue.
♡ You cannot pay for you to have priority over the other commissioners in the queue, since I don't consider this fair at all.
♡ I normally take less than 1 week in completing a commission, obviously depending in where you are in my queue, if i believe im going to take longer I will let you know about this.
♡ If you're at the very bottom of my queue is obvious that your commission will take more time, I can't do miracles.

Getting in touch

♡ I will always treat you with respect, and I'll give my best to give you a pleasing experience while working with me, so I hope you are also respectful as well, I WON'T TOLERATE any kind of insult, or bad attitude towards me, that will end up with me blocking you and adding you to my blacklist.
♡ My Mental health goes before ANY CUSTOMER and ANY COMMISSION, please refrain from asking "How's my commission doing?" It is exhausting for me, I gave you a queue link, please use it. If you read this type rainy couds on our dm.
♡ Blocking me for no reason puts you automatically on my blacklist.

Customs and adoptables

♡ You may sell my designs ACCORDING to what you paid for it, please do not sell it for more unless the character has more art along with it.
♡ You may trade the character with someone else, however I am not responsible if there's any mishap with your trade or sale.
♡ Creating alternate designs of the bought character its permitted, but you won't be allowed to sell the older or newer versions of it, all of the alternate designs you create go along with the original, now matter how different they are.
♡ If you read through this whole section and plan to commission a custom design or buying an adoptable from me please type kiwis are great on our dm.
♡ You may edit the character however you'd like, but you cannot fully claim the design/artwork. You must keep the original design file.
